These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Serving Protectors website and training services, operated by Jeremy Allen doing business as Serving Protectors, a division of Triad Protective Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website, registering for a course, or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
Serving Protectors provides church safety and security training, including but not limited to tactics and firearms handling instruction and courses on dealing with disruptive individuals, delivered by our instructor team both at scheduled public sessions and on-site at client locations ("Services"). Course dates, locations, pricing, and availability are posted on our website and are subject to change.
Course registration and payment are processed through TicketSpice, a third-party ticketing platform. TicketSpice's own terms and privacy policy govern the collection of your payment information; Serving Protectors does not store your payment card details. Registration is generally confirmed upon successful payment. Refund and cancellation requests should be directed to us at the contact information below and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Our training involves physical activity, tactical scenarios, and, in some courses, the handling of firearms or training equipment. You acknowledge that participation carries inherent risk of injury. Participants may be required to sign a separate liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement prior to attending a course, and attendance may be conditioned on doing so.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Serving Protectors / Triad Protective Solutions or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serving Protectors and Triad Protective Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our Services, except as otherwise provided in a signed waiver or written agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
